We accept referrals from Hospitals, Doctors, Community Paediatricians, GP’s, Health Visitors, Dieticians, specialist nurses and school nurses. We are also happy to accept referrals from parents/carers.
We consider any child/Young Person aged 0-18 years with a nursing need and registered with a Solihull based GP. This may involve an initial assessment before we decide if we are the best service to meet a child’s needs. If we are unable to offer help we support families to access the correct services.
